Yes, you can make playlists on this device and can be connected to Bluetooth devices.

No playlists can be made on the device. I'm not sure if you can import a playlist, I don't remember seeing that option. It does shuffle all songs if you'd like. The bluetooth on this device isn't well made. I would look at another MP3 player.
