“When I try to use the camera roll backup function it shows 600+ photos that are getting ready to transfer, then it says that it is transferring but it never transfers any photos. Is there something I'm doing wrong?”

Make sure the connection is strong, like u may want to sit right next to your modem to get it done. Also, u know once u connect to the stick (through wifi) u then have to connect the stick to the WiFi itself through the Sandisk app on ur phone.
