• Hi, please be informed that all our storage devices including the USB Drives are simple plug and play storage devices and do not come with any data or a pre-installed software program out of the packaging. However, this USB Drive can be used as a password reset drive for your computer for which you would need to contact the computer manufacturer in order to know how to create a password reset drive.
