“What does "U3 Personalization" mean? I used to have a Geek Squad flash drive that had U3 on it and I loaded up Firefox on it so I could browse at the office and not have my history stored on my work PC. Is this the same thing? Is the U3 ready out of the box...or will I have to pay for some download to activate it? I'm confused by the "personalization" comment that says "Allows you to customize your drive with Big Fish Games, Veoh Web Player and more (requires downloadable applications and Windows Vista or XP; not included)."”

Most likely it is a USB 3 memory stick vs the older and more common USB 2 memory stick.
