• Yes, this card will work in GoPro5 and 4k recording. The Extreme SD Cards have faster read/write than the Ultra SD Cards.

• To be able to shoot in 4k, your card has to have at least 90 mb/second but I would go with 100 mb/s just to be safe. They are more expensive but what is the point of having a 4k camera and not be able to save it or preview it right? I can't remember what the minimum mb/s was but I think it was 100 actually.
