The SanDisk Extreme PLUS microSDXC UHS‑I card can be used with the Sony Alpha 7CR—but only with a suitable SD adapter what we do not recommend, as it won't operate at full speed. The camera’s slot is designed for full-size SD cards (SDHC/SDXC) compatible with UHS-I or UHS-II standards. If you want optimal performance, go for a full-size SDXC UHS-II card like the SanDisk Extreme PRO.
