Check to see if there is an update to LR4 that adds support for the raw format you are using. Odd so ready if it's newer, it will only be supported in LR5, though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have an older version of Lightroom you either need to purchase the latest Lightroom or pay the $9 a month for Lightroom creative cloud, which also gives you photoshop. I just ran into this problem on my computer!

After that you should be able to upload the converted files to lightroom. Lightroom includes developing utilities for RAW files from some camera manufactures.
