• Not automatically. That would be fantastic, though I am sure there is software you could add that would do it for you.

• If you have a Mac you can go into Time Machine (embedded on Macs) and set it up automatically to backup to any drive hooked to your machine, as long as it stays connected. I don’t know if a Windows machine has that feature.
