• Please allow us to inform you that all the SanDisk® Memory Cards with capacity 64GB and above come in pre-formatted exFAT file system. However, we do not recommend to format our Memory Cards in NTFS file system.

• sd cards are formatted into whatever file system is the default for the system in which it is being installed.

• Why would you expect it to be NTFS formatted? If you need it to be NTFS formatted, just do so yourself. It comes formatted as exFAT.
