• Yes, you will benefit a lot. It will give your Canon the ability to take a picture sooner. You won't be waiting for the camera to put the picture on a Memory media before you can take another picture. The camera will be waiting on you to press the shutter again.

• It never hurts to get a little bit faster card. But the buffer only goes so fast. And it want increase the speed of that. But it will let the buffer run as fast as it can.
