Using my Sony FDR-AX53 4K UHD video camcorder, I set the unit to record continuously onto this SDXC card at the top 4K setting (plugged-in the entire time.) With this setup, I captured 1 hour and 22 minutes of footage. (I suppose a second possible answer to your question is: 64GB's worth!) :)

Also file type, are you record mpeg, VID formats, this is also known as CODECs. Look up you camera make and model on the web are search for recording time and memory.

Cameras record video at different quality levels and at different data rates. The only way to answer your question is to look up that info based on the camera you have or plan to buy.
