Yes but you may wish to look at the newer UHS-II cards as they have faster read.write times.

It sure can! but do not expect anywhere near the performance of a great CF card. The card itself will perform well for most things you'd want to do with the 5D Mk IV however.

I would assume so since I'm using it with a Canon EOS T3i and it works great
