I just plugged it in to my phone and downloaded the free app. I then followed the directions in the app. It did take some time to upload videos but in <30 min my 14 gb of videos and movies were uploaded to the device with the option to save or delete the pics and videos on my phone.

Follow all prompts and you will realize it’s very user friendly. Good Luck.

Please try again later.- Install the SanDisk app on your I phone (the directions on included on the Flash Drive packaging) - as soon as you plug the flash drive in to your phone, it will ask which folder (in this case photos) you want to copy on to the flash drive. Make sure you select the option if you want to leave the files on your phone or remove them the way you want. You can then remove the flash drive from your phone and plug it in to your computer and save it to folder (my was iPhone photos). - I would recommend you copy without deleting until you make sure your photos are copied on to your computer. - I'm about as far from a computer geek as you'll find, and it was still so easy, I couldn't believe it. - Was so impressed, I went back to BB and bought a second & third flash drive for my second iPhone and iPad so I'd have a back up in case anything happens to my phone or iPad.
