- A:Answer The flash drive consumes a lot of power so you will probably have to stop and charge your phone. Once the phone is recharged just plug the flash drive back in and it picks up where it left off.

- A:Answer Yes. I do this with all my photos. I have the 128 gig iPhone and the top tier iCloud account through apple and it's still not enough for all the pictures I have. So buying this cleared up a lot of storage and when ever I want to go back to them I jus plug it back into my iPhone and there they are. Very easy and simple to use.

Q: QuestionWhen you "transfer" pictures from the iPhone to the Sandisk ixpand, does it MOVE or COPY or do you have your choice? In other words, does remove the pictures from the iPhone or leave them there or do you have a choice?

- A:Answer It will copy the files and ask if you would like to delete the existing files from your iphone and free up X amount of space. You have the option to decline.

- A:Answer You don't say that you can MOVE your music. *You can't MOVE your music*, Only I-tunes does that. But Yes, I understand it PLAYS the Music from the thumb drive. And plays videos, from the Thumb drive. For people that have weak batteries, there is a better product that had the same function, but with a cord, so you can charge and play at the same time.

- A:Answer If you have to unplug the flash drive at any point, probably to charge The phone, it picks up where it left off when you plug it back in. It will download your videos.

Q: QuestionI purchased sandisk - ixpand 32gb usb3.0/lightning flash drive. At the store the guys helped me download my pictures from i6 to the flash drive. I need step by step, very simple directions on how to load these pictures onto my laptop, windows 7.

- A:Answer First, you plugin the lightning part to your i6 and you'll see a pop-up which will lead you to download its app. Then, you can transfer files from i6 to flash drive in the iXpand Drive app. More details about this step, you choose "copy file" and then "copy photos from phone," in your case, and just select specific files in the next step. After finishing the transfer from phone, leave the app and remove the flash drive from i6. Finally, plug in your laptop with the usb end and read the files as usual, viola! Hope this helps you complete your job. :)
