Its is impossible to say. For instance, photo's from my Iphone are different size based on the Iphone version. Also, what is the legnth of the videos. If I were you I would get the 128mg - that will hold everything you need form your Iphone. You can also check your Iphone to see how much space the video/photos are taking in your phone right now....
