• Yes it will work in your D90 as it does in mine. Lots of storage for a good price.

• Not sure about the D90, but I have used SanDisk Extreme 32gb memory cards in a D3200 ,before I switched to a Sony A6000, card works great in both cameras.

• It is good for Nikon cameras. If you want to know for sure, bring your camera to the store and ask the sales rep to check for you.
