• I'm not sure about the drive4, but on my 3.0 when you plug the drive into the device, there should be a folder already on the drive called "SanDisk Start Up Files." Inside this folder, there will be subfolders and a .exe file. Open the .exe file and it will take you through the steps to set up a password for your flash drive. If that doesn't work, or there is no set up folder, I would visit the SanDisk website for help.
