• Please allow us to inform you that all the SanDisk® USB Drives with capacity 64GB and above comes in pre-formatted exFAT file system. However, you can format this drive in FAT32 and exFat file system as well.

• Yes. You can format this to any of those file types and it will play music and even phots/videos if your car’s media player is capable. For just a music loaded usb yes it will work fine. Make sure to check the files types acceptable by your car’s media player. Most times .mp3 will work just fine

• I just formatted a flash drive on my computer, the default was fat32. but NTFS was an option. I have a flash drive in my car that I use for playing music.
