I believe that you are asking if the SanDisk Ultra 128GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive is compatible with a 2.0 USB port on a computer. If so, the answer is yes. It works faster on a 3.0 USB port, but will work just fine on a 2.0 or even 1.0 port. I copied about 90GB of mostly music via a 2.0 USB port onto my SanDisk Ultra 128GB 3.0 Flash Drive in four hours.
