No, unfortunately you cannot, at least not at the time of posting this. I bought this to transfer my video files for game play vids I upload to Youtube after editing on my pc, and the PS4 Pro I have, will not recognize the USB drive.

Yes, depending on what exactly you want to do. I use mine to transfer saved video recordings of Rocket League Matches I have competed in, as well as photos I've captured during gameplay. Hope that helps. :P
