I’m sure this is an issue with your Carbon Copy Cloner software. Write to them and see if they know about the bug. You may have to go into machine code with an older version of DOS and reformat the drive to fix it. Some older software person knowledgeable with DOS machine level programming could reset all the systems on the drive and bring it back from the grave. Good luck.
