Most likely yes. Rather than asking us here, put the good old GM service center to use and ask GM. I mean they did get 70k+ of your money. Best Buy is only asking for $20. LOL, enjoy your Vette.

All Brand New SanDisk MicroSD 4GB up to and including 32GB are by default from factory formatted in FAT32. So Yes it is FAT 32 It is as well Class "10" So it should work just fine.
