• Not sure, I use a Mac and have winblows at work. seems to work fine on both

• Yes, I was able to configure a 4GB SD card on my Windows 7 machine using INSIGNAI card reader and fulfill all the steps listed in https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/ff356869.aspx for ReadyBoost configuration, except the last step, monitoring the performance which I did not try it at all - don't have enough time...
