“Is a San disk used to back up photo's, then how do you see them?”

Simple, you plug it in the usb port on your computer and when it shows up on the desktop just click on it and whatever is stored will be visible to you. I used it to back up my photos along with other flash drives and have never had any problems with any of them. By the way I am, amongst other things, a professional photographer and have stored thousands of images on these flash drives and lock them I'n my safe for safe keeping. When I see an excellent price like this one I grab it! Hope that helps.

You PC will treat the San Disk as just another storage device ... like your PC's C:/ drive. If you place photos on the San Disk, you just need to double click on the file to see the photo appear on your PC.

When you insert the UHD SD (thumb drive) it should automatically open a box that asks you what you want to do. Chose "view files" and it will open it with your picture program, or ask you "what program do you want to use to open this file?" then choose whichever program you use to view your pictures on your Laptop.
