It depends on if your computer has a usb 1.1port or a 2.0port. Most flash drive(including this one) for sale now is no longer compatible with 1.1 ports. Recommend to go for a usb 2.0 drive.
A regular mp3 music file is around 3MB-10MB depending on quality. If the drive is only used to store those music files, you can save over 5000 songs

But the best answer depends on the size of file for each song.
Add them up and you will have an answer.

If you have a USB 2 port it will not work. The amount of songs will vary due to the fact that every song iss not the same length.
