“USB 3.0 version backwards compatable with USB 2.0? Is the sandisk ultra 32gb USB 3.0 version backwards compatable with USB 2.0? or even regular USB for that matter? My personal computer has the 3.0 but I think most of the computers I will use this on at work only have USB 2.0.”

Yes it is backwards compatible. it will just copy at a slower speed at usb 2.0
