• In a sense it could, but I'm sure your computer probably is using more that 32GB. At the very least it would backup your documents, pictures, and maybe music.

• Yes, most definitely. You must have a compatible app on your phone if you wish to view the files, but it's a USB flash drive like any other.

• 32 gigs probably isn't enough to back up your whole computer but you can back up some files
