• I've notice a quick flash when first installed into USB port and when you Eject (Safe to Remove) from your PC. There is no steady LED light to indicate On/Off.

• Yes, it flickers a light blue light when first connected, but the light quickly dims to barely noticeable; the blue light become brighter when there's activity.
