No. Only with phones with a micro adapter. Typically Androids.

Did not work with my wife's 6 or daughters 5s. Apple is very strich on what kind of accessories like this work. You might have better luck getting a we less storage device that allows you to transfer through wifi. I'm not sure it'll work but might be worth looking into. On a side note if you're jailbrokrn you can get an usb host app that would allow the use of things like this and otg cables. You would also need the micro usb to lightning adapter to use any adapter that has micro usb.

Only in read mode I would think but you would need an adapter for the iphone which kind of defeats the purpose of having the microusb.

You would have to find one that has a lightning connector, or an adapter that has a micro usb
