• Hi, thank you for contacting us. The SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go isn’t directly compatible with the iPhone 12 Pro since it has USB-A and USB-C connectors, while your iPhone uses a Lightning port. You would need a proper adapter to connect it, and we never recommend using adapters. But for easier use, we recommend the SanDisk iXpand or Creator Phone Drive designed specifically for iPhones with a Lightning connector.
