seeing has I plugged the same device into my Windows 10 desktop without any issue, I would say, "Yes." as long as your laptop has either an 'open' (as in not currently being used by another device) standard USB Type-A or Type-C port, you should be good to go. as with any device connection to the computer, Windows 10 will as you what you want to do with this device (e.g. open File Manager, open Photo Viewer, or nothing). be sure to disconnect this device electronically using the up arrow or carrot located on the right-hand side of the Win10 Taskbar before removing is physically.
