Hi Sue, thank you for reaching out to us. Please know that after plugging in the SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go, it should show up automatically as a removable drive. On your computer, look in File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac). From there, you can simply drag and drop files to or from the drive. If it doesn’t appear, please try a different port or device, and you can also open a support ticket at (https://support-en.sandisk.com/app/askweb) so we can help address your concern.
