• If you're on Android, look in the My Files(or similar)folder. It will show as its own drive. Open that and it will probably be readily visible. If not, go through the folders until you locate it.

• I kept waiting for INSTRUCTIONS on the flash drive to help me move my "stuff" from one gadget to another gadget (phone to computer). There are no instructions---SIMPLY, click item or items you want to move---and move it to the desktop or location you desire. It is too simple.
