• Hi, Please be informed that the SanDisk Memory Zone app is not needed to use the Ultra Dual Drive Go on an iPhone 16 Pro Max and it is also not supported for this drive. Since the iPhone 16 Pro Max has a USB-C port, you can simply plug in the drive and access it directly through the iOS Files app to transfer or manage your data.
