Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've purchased 3 of these and I've had no issues transferring files (PDF's, pictures, videos) from my Galaxy Z Fold 3 to them then opening/storing on my Microsoft Surface Pro. I purchased the SanDisk due to having no more storage on my 5I2GB Z Fold 3 thank goodness I did cause my phone ended malfunctioning and I had to get a new phone through phone insurance. Was sent a Z Fold 4(nice free upgrade) but due to rhe malfunction on old phone T-Mobile was having issues transferring my photos/video's and documents. I had so many important documents/pictures (birth certificates, housing deeds, transcripts, sons graduation, granson birth, ect.). If I didn't have the Sandisk, I would of lost EVERYTHING!!! If you go to the Tech Support counter at Best Buy they can show you how to do the transfers easily (at least the ones in Tucson, AZ are helpful like that). Hope this helped.
