No it will not as the Note5 does not have a standard USB port. You could use it if you got an OTG to USB adapter and then plug this (or any) flash drive into the adapter but you would be much better off just getting a OTG flash drive to begin with.

Hello Lin, if you mean can it be attached *to* the Note5? No, not on its own. This is a full-sized USB connector, so unless you use a USB-micro adapter you would not be able to connect it to your phone.
