“I have 3 Ultra Fit, 2-64 gig & 1-32 gig. I run Fedora 31 & 32 on them. They get hot to the touch and burn out. One lasted a year, others a few weeks. I am on my 4th Ultra fit and am concerned if these normally fail. Any fast Sandisks model last longer?”

I don't use SanDisk because I was unable to load music on two. I contacted the company they wouldn't replaced them, I no longer use their brand.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know this question is 2 years old, but if anybody is seeing this in the future, these drives still get incredibly hot. Don't buy if you expect it to last for more than one or two file transfers.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have had a number of these also- running mostly Kali and Fatdog. They fail. They overheat. We had Sandisk replace the first one...but it's a pain. We just bought a (same form factor) Samsung to try instead.
