• A:Answer Your computer manual should tell you which ports are which speed - 2.0, 3.0 or 3.1. Mine on my motherboard are red for the 3.1 speed - black is for the older 2.0 version; blue are for 3.0 and some blue, I think, support 3.1 speed, but again check your computer manual. Very few laptops support 3.1 yet - only the newer most expensive ones .

• A:Answer With the 64gb, there is 57.2gb available for the user. At least thats what was available on mine when I initially inserted mine. It comes "pre-loaded" with a small .exe file for data encryption. I got this on sale for $11 and I wish I had purchased the 128gb instead. I keep mine in almost constantly and don't have to worry about snagging the drive on something. Its extremely sturdy and fits very snug. Its a very good product.

Q: QuestionI have 3 Ultra Fit, 2-64 gig & 1-32 gig. I run Fedora 31 & 32 on them. They get hot to the touch and burn out. One lasted a year, others a few weeks. I am on my 4th Ultra fit and am concerned if these normally fail. Any fast Sandisks model last longer?

• A:Answer Yes it can, but you will have to use a second party app as Windows will only format them as NTFS or ExFat. They worked fine in my car audio systems after I formatted them to Fat32.
