A:AnswerYes I looked in the manual online at https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/4572/45726101M.pdf (page 19 if you want to double check me) and it said speed class 10 or UHS speed class 1 and this SD card handles those speeds. It says 64GB or higher so this one should be great at 128GB. I think this camera is very nice and also handles another type of memory called a memory stick... but I like the SDXC cards.

A:AnswerI don't see what it wouldn't. If the dash cam accepts SD cards then this will work, But it might be over kill because its more geared for SmartPhones and I'm sure you can find the same capacity for a cheaper price.
