I have a pentax K20, and is tell me it is not formatted null

I don't think the firmware on you camera supports the SDXC type of cards. Try using a SD or SDHC card instead. I'm not sure about the capacity, but I think it will only allow the use of cards up to 32GB.

This memory card was pre-formatted.
