• I would think so. My son is using this card in the LG Volt phone, and has had absolutely no issues.

• The owners' manual of the LG Optimus Smart Phone should tell the owner if that phone can accept micro SD cards and if so what size capacity it should be able to handle.

• I assume that it will fit, fits in most all of the Android system phones and devices... any device that accepts the "micro" SD cards.
