• Yes it should work if it fits. Not much difference in performance as to me both are the same, just a rebrand for sales purposes.

• I simply prefer the 32GB card for two of my camera’s for optimal photography, whereas I don’t know of the other card.

• I would guess the upload and download speed. It should say on the label of each the MB's per second.
