This will fit either Era 100 or Era 300? null

They come with 2 different mounting plate sets. One set each for both the 100’s and the 300’s. I used my stands for 300’s. The 300’s are too heavy for the extension so they slowly collapse down the the unextended height until I put a black zip tie on each extension to hold them at the height I wanted

Yes they fit both. I've had mine set at 40" and they do not lower down over time for Era 300 in my experience.
