“There is only one way for the mount to go into the TV so you can't get it wrong - however, the TV is not straight and it keeps swiveling and won't stay against the wall. how do you adjust it”

No clue! Ours does the same thing and I think it’s total crap!

Please try again later.Hey Bev, There is a screw on the back of the center faceplate of the mount that can be adjusted with the hex key that came with the mount that will help you level your TV. If you no longer have your Install Manual, we have it available on our Sanus website for download. The post-install level adjustment is on page 11 of the IM.
