A:AnswerHi Michael,
Your mount is not compatible with your TV because it is outside the size range. This mount is compatible with TV's from 32" to 55". If you have any other questions or concerns give us a shout at info@sanus.com or call 1-800-359-5520. Thanks, Nate @ SANUS
A:AnswerYes your TV should be compatible with this mount. It has a 200 x 200 VESA pattern which falls under the supported VESA patterns of this TV mount.

A:AnswerWhat size is your Hisense? If it's 32"-55" and under 55lbs it should be compatible. Also it's important to check your TV's VESA pattern this mount can support 100x100mm-400x400mm patterns.
Thanks,
- Haydn @ SANUS

A:AnswerThe TV in my living room is a Samsung 55 inch TV and the wall mount works perfectly.
The wall mount makes it possible to watch the TV from my living room, dining room and kitchen. Definitely an add value for the TV because I can cook, serve and still be part of the party be with my friends.
A:AnswerWe used this mount for an outdoor TV. It did not support the 65 inch Tv. I think it was more about the mounting than the mount itself. We put it in the garage and it’s fine.
A:AnswerIt should work great, though to be clear, you’d have to choose one of the two walls close to the corner on which to technically place the mount. You can then position the TV to be on one wall or move it to cross the corner (hypotenuse). I would dry-fit (hold with a friend before you drill) to get the right positioning. The mount is solid and swings nicely in lots of positions.
A:AnswerHi there,
Sorry to hear that. This is very frustrating. Is your wall plate level both horizontally and vertically? Sometimes if it's not level it can shift a little. Please give us a shout at info@sanus.com or at 1-800-359-5520, we are happy to help with post-install adjustments.
Thanks,
- Haydn @ SANUS
A:AnswerYes when you put the TV onto the mount it can be moved some. The arm can also be moved in and out which helps to make it appear to be centered on the wall.
