“The installation is secure but movement is stiff. From the literature, it seems I need to use a tension knob to make the TV glide more. However, I don't seem to be able to find it! Please advise how to get a replacement. Thank you!”

Hello, The tension knob directions are on page 12 of the instruction manual, under the section titled "Tilt Adjustment". Use the provided hex key to to tighten or loosen the knob. If you have any questions you can call 1-800-359-5520 for installation help. Thanks, Nate @ SANUS
