I wouldn't recommend installing this mount into steel studs. Full motion mounts can warp the steel studs. I'd recommend a tilt or low-profile mount. Also, you will need steel stud anchors (also known as snap toggles). There are steel stud hardware kits out there that would work. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
