Questionthe description of this model BLF328 in best buy calls it a swivel TV mount but the picture and the Sanus description of the BLF328 calls it a full motion. which is it? also whats the difference besides price of the BLF228 and BLF328?

- Answer Thanks for the question. Swivel and Full-Motion are essentially the same thing. Full-Motion means you can swivel your TV left and right and tilt it downward as well. Questioni have installed this mount outside above a fire place and the wind is able to move the TV very easily, is there a way to tighten anything that would help hold in place better

QuestionThis mount looks like its not compatible with my new 2025 LG C5 83" OLED. I had it mounted to a older Samsung 65" which fit just fine. My new LG bolt holes are too far down vertically for the backplate to reach. Is there something I'm missing here?

- Answer Yes. Recommend the toggle bolt system rated to 175# rather than Molly bolts. Requires a 1/2” hole. Used smaller pilot hole first. Use a stud finder or magnet , try to center the hole in the metal stud. Two on the upper rail , 2 on the bottom rail . As the bracket is 28” I did use two 1/4 Molly bolts at the end as my studs were in the middle but not required …
