Is this TV mount full motion null

It supports tilt in the vertical and horizontal axes, and can pan out as well, making access to connections on the back of the TV more easy. It supports moving the TV from side to side to get it centered over where you want, within the limits of its size. It does not support raising or lowering the TV in the vertical direction.

It’s supposed to be But then I have been trying to contact my rep by email and text for over two weeks and he won’t respond VERY VERY disappointed! That person is Derek Grier in Charlotte,NC
