“Can the TV be straight with this mount and not tilted at all? also how much would be the distance between wall and TV if TV is straight and not tilted at all? I mean can it be like a fixed wall mount?”

This mount lets you hang the TV set perfectly straight, if that's what you prefer. It also lets you pull the TV away from the wall four inches, giving you room to plug the various cords in. You can then push the TV back to the wall with around an inch or two of clearance, or leave it out from the wall. Your choice!
